I keep seeing beautiful beaded bib necklaces on jewelry sites and Pinterest. I knew I had to have one, so I made this DIY statement beaded bib necklace! They are so easy to make, you can have one in any color you want! I am making a silver and green statement necklace next, I think!
Materials to make DIY Statement Beaded Bib Necklace:
25 or so beads (I used 6 mm pink agate)
headpins and eyepins
Step 1: Cut the chain to the desired length. Most statement necklaces range from 18 to 22 inches. Add your clasp.
Step 2: Fold the necklace in half. This is where the longest links will go.
Step 3: Make 9 links on head pins.
Step 5: Start the first length of beads at the middle point of the chain.
Step 6: Add 4 eye pin beads and end with 1 head pin.
Step 7: Each strand will be 1 shorter than the one next to it.
Your beaded rows should look like this: 1 2 3 4 5 4 3 2 1
